Fluir Vital offers manual therapies, massage, wellness add-ons, gift cards and corporate services subject to availability.

Published information about services, duration, benefits and prices is informational and may be updated. Each session is adapted to the client’s condition and needs.

Bookings are made through the website, WhatsApp or other enabled channels. To book, you must provide accurate contact information and select date, time, service and payment method.

A booking may be pending payment, confirmed, completed, cancelled, expired or another internal status needed for management.

Fluir Vital may reject, reschedule or cancel a booking when there is an availability error, payment issue, force majeure event, incomplete data or a condition that prevents the service from being properly performed.

Prices are stated in Chilean pesos and include the services shown at the time of booking. Add-ons, promotions or discounts apply only when available and valid.

Promotion codes must be entered before confirming the booking. They are not cumulative unless Fluir Vital expressly states otherwise.

Online payments are processed by external providers. Final confirmation of an online paid booking depends on payment validation.

You may request cancellation or rescheduling by contacting Fluir Vital as early as possible.

Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the session, unless another specific policy is stated when booking.

Late cancellations, no-shows or significant delays may be non-refundable and may affect rescheduling options.

Gift cards are valid for Fluir Vital services for the amount shown at purchase. They may be subject to code and available balance verification.

The gift card must be presented or reported when booking or paying. It is not redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law.

Fluir Vital services are wellness services and do not replace medical, physiotherapy, psychological or other professional healthcare diagnosis or treatment.

Before the session, you must inform us of any relevant condition, pregnancy, injury, acute pain, recent surgery, allergy, illness, medical treatment or known contraindication.

Fluir Vital may adapt or suspend a session if it considers that performing it may not be appropriate for your wellbeing or safety.

You agree to use the site lawfully, provide truthful information and not interfere with its operation, security or availability.

Site content, including text, images, brand and design, belongs to Fluir Vital or is used with authorization. It may not be copied or reused without prior permission.

Fluir Vital aims to keep information accurate and availability updated, but errors, interruptions or operational changes may occur.

To the extent permitted by law, Fluir Vital will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity or inconvenience arising from use of the site or external payment, hosting or communication services.

Fluir Vital may update these terms when necessary. The current version will be published on this page.
