We use your data to manage bookings, process payments, send confirmations, respond to enquiries, coordinate sessions, send relevant information about your appointment and maintain administrative records.

Online payments are processed by external payment providers. Fluir Vital does not store full bank card details.

We may use external services for database hosting, authentication, email delivery, notifications, technical analytics, hosting and payment processing. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

We may send emails or messages related to your booking, payment confirmation, cancellation, gift cards or enquiries submitted through the contact form.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for external advertising purposes.

We keep information for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet administrative obligations, resolve enquiries and maintain reasonable business records.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, update or deletion of your personal data where applicable. You may also ask how we use your data.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, or to exercise any other right, write to contacto@fluirvital.cl with your name and the reason for your request. We will process your request within 30 days.

The Fluir Vital mobile app is a tool for exclusive use by the internal team. In addition to what is stated in this policy, the app may collect the following additional data:

Precise location: used to plan and navigate visit routes to associated stores. It is only accessed while the app is actively in use and is not stored on our servers.

Photos: optionally taken when recording a delivery. Stored on secure servers and accessible only by the Fluir Vital internal team.

Email address and user session: used exclusively for authentication. Not shared with third parties.

Data collected by the app is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site, services, providers or legal requirements. The current version will always be published on this page.
